Three ways to contact an enrollment counselor:

  1. Call (407) 205-8922 and speak to your Local Director between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Pacific time Monday through Friday.  

    You can also leave a message and we’ll return your call within 24 hours.

Step by Step Enrollment Process

  1. Select and pay a tuition and payment option which fit your needs. A non-refundable annual registration fee is also required at time of completing the Online Enrollment Application.
  2. Register here.
  3. By the end of the next business day, you will be contacted by a representative from CM School of Arts and Sciences to gather any additional information and to complete the enrollment process. In the meantime gather and prepare the following documents to submit: 
  • Release of Student Records
  • Student Transcripts
  • Birth Certificate (or other acceptable proof of age)
  • Signed agreement from the Parent/Student Handbook
  • Acceptance of Payment and Refund Terms

Once all documents have been gathered and prepared, please submit them to our office either by email or fax.

After completing the above process, and submitting the online enrollment application, a representative will contact the student to set up any assessments and discuss a course plan based on documents submitted. An email will also be sent with username and login information to get started. Depending on the plan selected, students may start requesting courses once they have received their login information.

  • Compass Learning Courses
  • World Language Courses
  • Instructor Feedback and grading
  • Parent access for progress reports
  • College Prep Courses
  • Additional instructor support through our Personalized approach to course design along with one-on-one virtual Adobe diagnostic assessments and Learning Styles Inventory conducted 2-3 times each year. 
  • Personalized Education Coach (PEC) for each student guides them through graduation requirements, corse planning, and progress
  • Students have access to our online resource library, social clubs, and additional partner-created courses at no additional cost

Unlimited Credit allows the student to complete an unlimited number of credits within the 365 day continuous enrollment period. 50% down payment with 4 equal monthly payments required. Please see our Policy page for more information, including Course Change Fees.Algebra I and World Languages courses may be taken at the 8th grade level for high school credit for an additional $75/semester course fee.

 

10-month and 12-month payment plans available on full-time year enrollment. 5-month payment plans available on full-time semester enrollment option. Tuition must be paid in full at the time of graduation or withdrawal regardless of payment plan selected. Up to $10 additional processing fee applies per payment.

Homeschool ONLY program Fee Schedule:

  • Enrollment Fee $250 for Virtual School Only
  • $250 Full-time Registration fee includes:

  • Private Homeschool with GVS Enrollment fee $100 Plus:
  • Curriculum Guide (individualized) $150
  • Global Village School Curriulum assessment (optional) $350
  • Private Homeschool with GVS tuition:
  • Full-Time enrollment tuition $600/month (or $30 per day)
  • Accreditation/transcript fees (optional) $1,000/semester (with GVS)
  • Enrollment in ZASAS Virtual School is independent of daily in-person tutoring unless requested. Tutoring rate for in-person is $30 per day. 

Tuition for ZASAS is as follows:

  • Enrollment fee and first month's tuition due upon registration. You will be invoiced via email.
